Career-moves EU is to be seen as a hybrid educational and social enterprise helping and guiding people, mainly the young and young adults, in gaining capacities to make the right choices in career development. Almost every service has the identity of a course.

There is specific attention for gifted and talented people in top- and elite sport and in arts. But also for the high gifted people struggling to find a suitable path.

Career-Moves EU works with motor profiles aka motor signatures in workshops and courses which is mainly a non-verbal as thus an universal approach.

Using professional research methods and age friendly approaches Career-Moves EU wants to distinguish it self from the many many conventional methodological approaches in education.
