About Paul

Study

  • ‘Behaviroural (Agogic) Sciences’, Tilburg (NETL) 1992 – 1996.

  • Majored in “Human behaviour in career development” with a focus on study and career guidance, talent identification, talent coaching and organizational behavior.

    My fields of expertise include education, human resource management, and elite sports.

  • HRM epitomizes what drives my leadership and management approach: empowering everyone to perform at their best and achieve optimal strength—effectively: the REAL management of human capital!

  • Over 30 years experience as a career expert, school counselor, profiler, teacher, mentor, trainer, coach, project coordinator, consultant and advisor.


    Career Research

  • Expertise in psychodiagnostics: employing professional tests, questionnaires, and personal profiles to explain and provide insights into (high) giftedness, learning abilities, learning strategies, (optimal) study attitude, and personal value. Central to this is the analysis of motor skills and typical behavior.


    Societal, International, and Consultancy

  • Specialized in tackling study and career challenges, both at the individual level (personal guidance) and on a societal level (as a connector, networker, and strategic thinker). Years of experience have built a broad network of expertise, and I am regularly involved in addressing socio-economic career issues at local, (EU) regional, and even international levels (Euroguidance, Erasmus+).
